Everybody knows that Microsoft’s Office 365 includes Email.  Most people know that it can also include Microsoft Office, containing Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other programs.

But did you know about Visio?  BI?  Project Online?  Planner?  Yammer?  Wombat?  Delve?  Sway?  ToDo?

They’re what we call the “Red-headed Stepchildren of Office 365.”

The fact is that Microsoft includes a lot of additional programs in Office 365, depending on the package.  Some, like Visio are separate monthly charges.  Others, like Planner are included in many of the 365 plans (so you may already “own” several of these programs/services).

But how do you know what they do, or if you have them?  Or how to get access to them (it isn’t always obvious)?

By the way, if you’re familiar with all of Office 365 offerings, you’d realize that there is no Microsoft Wombat for Office 365.  But given the way they name things, we suspect it’s on the way.
