Now, this isn’t a list of the biggest MSPs out there. ChannelPro’s Top 20 recognizes the MSPs making the biggest difference - the ones leading with purpose, educating their clients and peers, and making real contributions to their communities.

As Michael Siggins, president and publisher of The ChannelPro Network, put it: “These are not the biggest MSPs. They’re the ones making the biggest difference.” And we’re proud to be included in that group.

Over the past few years, we’ve focused heavily on education-first IT. That includes more than 700 educational videos on IT, security, and business tech topics. Dozens of blogs, eBooks, white papers, and guides breaking down IT strategy in a way business owners can actually use.

Our Biz Tech Twists podcast, which mixed humor and real-world advice on IT, marketing, and leadership. And of course, our free webinars, events, and training sessions for both our clients and their internal IT teams.

We also back that up with a strong certification policy - paying for and encouraging our employees to pursue ongoing professional certifications. That means our staff is always learning and always ahead of the curve when it comes to security and cloud technologies.

On top of that, we pioneered the Co-Managed IT Services model, or CoMITs, giving internal IT teams a true partner instead of a replacement. And in the community, our CEO Bob Coppedge has been a long-time leader at Cleveland GiveCamp, donating IT expertise to nonprofits that wouldn’t otherwise have access to advanced solutions.
