We recognize that not all IT departments are created the same in terms of staffing and skill sets. That’s why we have 3 types of CoMITs services.
Over the years Simplex-IT has developed a collection of Software, Tools, Methodologies and Portals (STMPs), working with numerous vendors, configuring and refining them to industry best practices. We've already gone through the process of evaluating, selecting and configuring these STMPs, so you don’t have to. It’s what we use every day to support our clients and are constantly improving them.
Our STMPs include resources like monitoring, ticketing, remote support, antivirus, backups, business continuity, security training, end user training, dark web monitoring, change management, documentation, patching and more. Built-in with this all CoMITs agreement. Our superpowers become your superpowers, including training, installation, and customizations to suit your organization. And we recognize that not all IT departments are created the same in terms of staffing and skill sets. That’s why we have 3 flavors of CoMITs:
Full CoMITs:
Full CoMITs is where your IT department has all the skills that are needed, you primarily want our superpowers. Use Simplex-IT for advice (included), or for those times when you have an unusual need or just want to take a vacation (billable at a discounted rate). We’re here for you when it’s time to plan and strategize and whenever you need us. And we’ll stay out of your way when you don’t.
Desktop CoMITs:
In a Desktop CoMITs relationship the internal IT department is responsible for the end users and their devices for your organization, and Simplex-IT is responsible for the servers and infrastructure devices (ie, firewalls, switches, wireless access points). This is a great fit for when you’ve got resources on hand that will use our STMPs to handle the typical desktop and end user issues such as procurement and deployment, software installs and updates, help desk and security.
Server CoMITs:
In a Server CoMITs relationship, the internal IT department is responsible for servers and infrastructure devices (ie, firewalls, switches, wireless access points), and Simplex-IT is responsible for the end users and their devices for your organization. This is a great fit when you’ve got skilled resources that can handle the more advanced device management using our
