Simplex-IT 2025 Recap: Top MSP Recognition, Team Growth, and Tech Wins
Welcome to Simplex-IT’s 2025 year in review! This year was packed with achievements, growth, and exciting milestones. From new partnerships and certifications to events and team expansions, we’ve got a lot to celebrate. Let’s dive in!
One of the biggest highlights? Simplex-IT became an official Cleveland Cavaliers Small Business Partner! We’re thrilled to support our local community and connect with other businesses through this amazing partnership.
And speaking of recognition, we were named one of the Top 20 MSPs in the U.S. by ChannelPro Network. This award goes beyond technical expertise - it recognizes MSPs that lead with purpose, educate clients and peers, and make lasting contributions to their communities. We’re honored to be included among such incredible companies.
We also welcomed three new team members this year: Axel, Lilly, and Dan. Bringing in fresh talent and perspectives helps us keep growing and delivering the best service possible.
On the marketing side, 2025 was another busy year. Our YouTube channel analytics hit new highs, and we continued creating educational content to help businesses make smarter tech decisions. With over 1300 subscribers, almost half a million views, and 883 videos, our channel is thriving!
We also hosted some really cool events. Of course, we started the year off with Pi Day and delivered Gardner pies to a bunch of our clients. Then we had our annual Quarter Up Arcade party, and 2 in person events. Practical AI for Businesses and 2026 IT Strategies.
And for those who love learning, we didn’t stop there - we ran monthly tech trainings and hosted 15+ webinars and workshops throughout the year.
Now let’s talk tech. Our team earned over a dozen certifications this year - both technical and non-technical. Here are just a few highlights:

Certifications aren’t just badges - they ensure our team stays ahead of the curve and brings the latest knowledge to our clients.
We also participated in major networking events across Ohio and beyond, including the Ohio Municipal League Conference, Cleveland AI & Data Event, GovTech Summit, Pax8 Beyond, ChannelCon, and the Ohio AI Summit. Just to name a few. These events keep us connected to industry trends and help us bring innovative solutions back to our clients.
Oh, and one more thing - we moved again! We're back at our old office in the Stratford Place. We decided it was time to part ways with our raccoon neighbors. This is progress, right?
2025 was an incredible year filled with growth, achievements, and a lot of great memories.
