Kate discovered a passion in technology at an early age in her parents computer room in the early 2000's, where she developed her skills by troubleshooting and resolving issues with the family computer. This self-taught interest continued through her college years, culminating in a position as a Student IT Technician at Kent State University, where she provided technical support to faculty members on campus.
After graduating college with a degree in film, Kate joined Simplex-IT in 2020 as a help desk technician. Since then, she has continually expanded her knowledge and expertise in the field of technology to provide support to clients.
